Never say never.
Pressure does issue up from users to management, and non-technical management will listen to the vocal ones. Whereas I would agree no end user would convince me to move to Exchange - unless I had lost the other two bits in my brain - they do pressure management via the political process and then I get the back pressure. So it may not be a direct process, but like the thorn under the saddle, it is the reason the rider gets rudely removed from the horse.
I recently received such pressure directly as a result of a case made by two users. Fyi of 4 Domino shops in this area I know of, one has moved to Exchange, one is likely going to move, one is likely not going to change any time soon and mine is safe for now.
